Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day juan, 08/09/17. Lightly hazed golden orange with an off white head. Nose is damp wood, orange peel, funk, light spice, apricot on the turn. Taste comprises tangy citric rinds, wood must, basement notes, funk, spice, lemon curd, damp jitty, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced pucker. Decent well balanced sour ... plenty of depth to the flavour on this one.

(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Orange. Nose is weird sour oak, very puckering with acidic varnish notes. Taste is basic sour, puckering, vinegar, very basic & bit too varnish puckering,… Varnish acidic body,… Hoped for more coming from Magic Rock, it isn’t the greatest in the style.

Tap. Leeds International Beer Festival. Pale amber. Fairly hazy. Ring of off white head. Nose has sour grain. Lots of vinous notes. Watered down bourbon. Apple skin. Some sweeter notes of baked apple. Taste is sweet and light sour. Feels clean and smooth on the palate. Some acidity on the way down. Sweet and sour apple to finish.
