Perzik on draft at 3 sons is a massive trip, crazy nice stone fruit skin funk, but not too tart of a finish.

Lots of crackery grapefruit bretta here. Pretty nice, though a strong on the acidic side. Peach isn’t too noticeable honestly. Pours hazy orange with good head and lacing. Super tart finish. Tap at 3 Sons.

Sample at Urban Artifact during The Extinction Event: Natural Wine & Spontaneous Beer Fest on 09/28/2019. This brew pours a hazy orange-gold color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of oak, peach, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of vinous oak, fresh peach, sllightly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky and fruity with a peach aftertaste. Good beer overall.
