ABV: 9.8%. Bottle #74/90. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, bread, caramel, vanilla - barrel, toasted - malty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, bread, barrel - vanilla, light licorice, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light light alcoholic. [20200111]

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear dark red brown, offwhite head. aroma has wood, brown sugar, dried fruit and caramel. Bitter flavour, woody, hoppy, malty. Light sourish finish.

Bottle #74. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, little oak and dark fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, medium sweet, little oak, dark fruit and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear dark red brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, light wood and whisky. Flavor is very sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 110120

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, wood, bourbon, dried fruits, hops and has a sweet warming finish.
