Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear, nutty brown with a lacing cappuchino head - a beautiful pour. Interesting, spicy aroma, I get both aniseed and honey - very rich honey actually. Fairly rich malty and caramellish aroma, some not so desirable phenols got in her, but not enough to spoil the beer. Subdued bitterness. Certainly one of the best from this brewer. 280720

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, light earthy - nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, light nutty - earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200111]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, hops, fruits, malt, yeast and has a sweet caramel finish.

Bottle. Hazy dark amber with off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, dark fruit and honey. Flavour is malt, caramel, dark fruit, honey, medium sweet and a little bitter.
