ABV: 9.5%. Bottle # 103/465. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, sweet malt, rich, barrel, whisky, meat, malty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, peat - smoke, rich, malty, sweet malt, caramel, barrel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20200111]

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear, dark red brown, tiny beige head. Peated aroma, fruity with a little nose blood. Peated, woody flavour, a lot of wood.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear brown with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, light wood and peated whisky. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish with warming alcohol. 110120

Bottle #103, 9.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, barrel, peat? and wood. Flavour is roasted malt, caramel, barrel, peat?, little smoke, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich peat, smoke, malt, fruits and more peat. Way too peated.
