0,5 l bottle from Kvickly, Vejen. Cloudy yellow with an one finger white head on the glass. Okay, it looks like a Pilsener. Herbal aroma with some caramel. Taste starts with a dry cardboard bitterness, followed again by a herbal section, itris shot, metallic elements. Unpleasant stuff.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a smallish, white head. Odd chalky, ashy nose. Medium body, again this note of elderflower and then a full-blown lactic infection - this beer is Berliner Weisse grade sour. I guess that's not what they intended with a Strong Lager? ABV: 6.0%. Unclear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, sour yeast - wet grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sour yeast, pale malt, sweet malt, wet grass, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200111]

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter herbal flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Cloudy golden, white head. Malty, yeasty aroma, a little wet grass. Sourish flavour, some kind of citrus, but the again not really.

Bottle, 6%. Hazy yellow with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, hop, grass and a little floral. Flavour is mat, grainy, hop, floral, spices, little sweet, medium dry and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt, hops and has a yeasty hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, hay and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is quite sweet and light sour. Dry and light sour finish. Unclean and high carbonation. 110120
