25/5/2020. Can from Beer Republic online. Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sharp and acidic citrus lemon and passion fruit, with liver salts, and touch of sulphur. Moderate sweetness and medium to heavy tartness with slight salty edge. Light body. Spritzy carbonation. Nice tart finish. Decent brew at a low abv.

ABV: 3.0%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, passion fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, pine, passion fruit, citrus - grapefruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200111]

Frothy white good mostly diminishing head. Yellow cloudy colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter sour/cream flavor. AVerage light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can @Højbjerg Tasting. Hazy pale yellow, white froth. Grapefruit, unripe pineapple aroma. Sourish flavour, citrus and some tropical fruit. Long citrus finish with a touch of solvent. Quite nice for the ABV.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are nice sour fruity hops, flowers, citrus, malt and has a nice long sour hoppy finish.
