ABV: 7.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate grapes, barrel, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, leather, manure, funk. Flavor is to light light heavy moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sour, tart, fruity yeast, funk, manure, barrel, oak, grapes, green grapes, wine, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191101]

Smakprov på Brewskival 2019. LIte murrig fatdoft, mycket söta äpplen, vanilj och vinäger. Samtaget lite väl mycket äppelvinäger i karaktären. Gott.
