(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Hazy citrus. Nose is weird, dirty with socks, poor smell but taste is quite lovely puckering acidic, lip-smacking, puckering, lemon, zest, wild flowers, basic puckering but quite lovely, that smell takes some getting used to.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is fresh candy, wheat, bathsalts, lavender, dough, some spices. Taste is orange, grapefruit maybe, bathsalts, lavender, light vinegar, some other thing I can't identify [EDIT: probably the chamomille]. Good, but also a bit weird.

375mL bottled 11/16/16, shared with Nelson on 4/13/17.
Straw-tangerine-lemonskin with good clarity and a white head that fizzles fairly quickly to ring.
It smells way too liberal with the adjuncts, upon first whiff. Beer aspects do come through and are enjoyable but there’s so much god damned chamomile! Crackery malts, with light honey and a soft minerality. Just when I think I may get some more beer, I get lavender. No alcohol or flaw. Very grassy and spicy.
Very mild in the mouth with a very dry, crackery malt texture and tight, engaging carbonation, at least. Light honey sweetness teases you as you want more and only lavender spice comes in its place. Lots of orange peel on the finish with some very enjoyable light sulfur and and lots of mineral character. Light tartness and lingering spiciness is great, but there isn’t a ton of beer character here. Surprised there’s this much adjunct character after five months....

Treated as an American Wild ale, this was poured into a tulip which is what I believe it to be.
The appearance was a semi-hazy burnt yellow color with a quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head. No lace.
The aroma had a nice sour to sweet glaze of lemon and lime zest. Light orange zest with pulpy sweetness. Some chamomile/lavender floral sweet/herbal quality coming out underneath.
The flavor yields to the zesty side with a sour brett-like punch subsiding in and around with a sly vinous/white grape to it. Semi-lingering sour citrus rind aftertaste with the same sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Nice carbonation about it, somewhat low. Mild vinous harshness, feels good.
Overall, nice American wild ale that I would have again.
