Bottled. A black beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, and a bit of lactose. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, alcohol, vanilla, and lactose, leading to a dry finish.

[ As Brew42 Det Nye Sort ].
ABV: 11.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, milk chocolate, vanilla, chocolate - vanilla, coconut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, milk chocolate, sweet malt, chocolate, vanilla, light coconut. IMO: a bit thin ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191101]

Aroma: Coconut and sugar. Flavour: Dark roasted malt with caramel and coconut and notes of chocolate. Aftertaste is sweet and lightly bitter. Colour: Black with a tan head. From: Bottle @ Tidens farver Aarhus Nov. 2019.

Tap @Rowdy Hops, Session 1. Very dark brown, beige head. hazelnut aroma. Bittersweet flavour, choc, licorice, hazelnut. Nice.

Draught @ Rowdy Hops Festival, Ridehuset. Pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma of roaste malt, caramel, coffee, coconut, candy, marshmallows. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, coffee, coconut, candy, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 011119
