On keg at the Guildhall Taproom. Appearance - amber to brown, fluffy beige head. Nose - caramel, dried orange, cake and a hint of red fruit. Taste - dried fruit and general cakiness. Palate - medium bodied and roasty finish. Overall - good.

On tap at the Guildhall Tavern. Pours a clear amber with a red hue and a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread with notes of biscuit and light cookie supporting. Flavor has a combination of bread and biscuit with some cookie and sweet grains in the finish.

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]
