[ As Tyris Stout ].
ABV: 7.1%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sweet malt, dark malt, light wood - ash. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, wood, sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]

Bottle from Saxo tasting. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and slightly smoked. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and roasted moderate bitter finish. 031119

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are little peat, roast malt, chocolate, hops and has a nice dry roasty finish.
