[ As Fur 6100 Haderslev Lager ].
ABV: 5.4%. Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, sweet malt, pale malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, hay, dusty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear dark golden with a small fading offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread. Flavor is light sweet, malt, bready, light caramel. Thin body, average to lively carbonation, light sweet finish. 031119

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear dark golden, small offwhite head. Malty aroma, very light caramel, a little herbal hops. Light flavour, malty, bready with a little caramel. Thin.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops, grass and has a sweet caramel finish.
