When the first mate on a Bornholmian cutter returns to dock, he needs to skillfully maneuver the vessel. A swift turn, full reverse and then he jumps across with the towline. Just as the fishermen know their job, so too do we know our craft. Our Craft Pilsner is a land-locked pale lager, with a swagger and a baseline of Danish barley malt, plus a good load of hops in the cargo bay. There is a taste of fresh grain, hops flowers and juicy fruits. Fermented with Svaneke Bryghus' legendary bottom-fermenting yeast and mixed with hops variants Opal and Callista.

Can. Pours haze golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, grass, hay and walnuts. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is milky with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes og grain, malt, grass, lemon, nuts and hints of iron.

33 cl can. Clear golden colour with a fast fading white head. Fruity aroma with grains, fruits, grasses and butter. Taste is light bitter. Medium bodied. Drying finish with butter, citrus and bread. Too much butter for a non-Czech pilsner styled beer.

Can 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, white head. Nose has vague diacetyl as Svaneke likes. Medium body, malty, even worty as if unfinished. Carbonation is a little low. Bitter finish. Feels a bit sloppy to be honest, especially when knowing what Svaneke can do, when they want to. 251019

Can. Cloudy golden, white head. Malty, slightly bready aroma, hay. Malty, bready and light caramely flavour. From Lidt Randers. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.
