Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy golden, small head. Minerally nose with elderflowers and apricots. Sweetish with light body and clean mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Thin bodied with sharp mouthfeel and aggressive carbonation. Mild peach cuts throught the metallic sensation caused by thinness and CO2. Low bitterness.

ABV: 4.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, straw, sweet malt, malty, moderate hoppy, sweet fruit - fruity hops, light pine - spruce. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, straw, sweet fruit - fruity hops, light pine - spruce. Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of fruit, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Ålborg 091119. Golden-yellow color with a white head. Aroma is butterscotch, yeast, fruit, citrus. Bad beer.

500 ml clear bottle, from SPAR Hirtshals. Why clear? Obviously to convince hipsters that the beer is cloudy enough to be worth sampling - pathetic! ABV is only 4.6%. Cloudy yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of lightstruck hops, citrus and catpiss. Thin body. Flavour of citrus peel with a moderate bitterness. Not awful, but hardly worth buying again.

Bottle. Unclear yellow body with a long lasting, dense white head. Mild fruity aroma dominated by butterscotch, not too offending but nothing pleasant either. Flavor is sweet and juicy with hint of butterscotch. Medium and weak in aftertaste. Very plain and boring, not a successful one.
