--Bottled, from Île de Païn, Knysna. -- Clear amber, rich firm head. Tart, toasty nose. Tart with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Yeasty lemon, some toast and hay. Mid bitter finish.

Tap at the brewery. Clear amber, offwhite head. Malty, caramely aroma. Mild hoppy notes. Slightly bitter, malty flavour with a mild whiff of smoke.
