Grøn Hyld er en blød smagfuld pilsner, brygget efter tjekkisk tradition. Grønne hyldebær og hvedegræs giver en frisk og let sødmefuld øl, og eftersmagen rummer en svag note af lakrids. Grøn Hyld passer godt til det kolde bord med fisk og små lune retter.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a grayish, opaque golden with a white head. Earthy, herbal nose. Medium body same as above with some yeastiness and slight phenols. Bitter finish. At least drinkable. 120623

Bottle, gusher. Claims to be a Czech Pils. Cloudy golden, small white head. Malty, yeasty aroma, mild hops and elderflower. Bitter, malty flavour, some elderflower. Has a slightly rough yeasty note. Probably not entirely clean... very far from a Czech pils, even considering the added elderflower (which are actually "green elder berries").
