--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, rich beige head. Aroma of licorice and coffee. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate and coffee. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee, some toast and mild nougat to it. Flavour is coffee, some bitter hops, mild nougat and some coffee and roast. Something well hopped, not all too far from Cascadian Dark Ale.

ABV: 6.8%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, roasted, dark malt, light licorice, light sweet licorice - UK licorice. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet licorice, UK licorice, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20240203]

Bottle @�llets Dag, Fredericia. Black, beige froth. Aroma has mild roast, light coffee. Roasted flavour, some caramel and sweet coffee. Finishes dry.

Bottle @ DØE Øllets dag, brdr. Schmidt, Viby. Pours dark brown with a creamy brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate, slight sourness, little vanilla. Flavor is light sweet, little sourness, malty, caramel, cocoa, chocolate, vanilla. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light sweet finish. 020917

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a pitch black with a lively, beige head with good retention. Sweet vanillaish roast aroma. Rich, malty aroma, licorice and vanilla with a very soft finish hardly without any bitterness. Very smooth and easygoing. 020817
