28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours hazy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, hops, malt, banana and light herbal notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, hint of sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, fizzy carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy pale straw with airy, rocky white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with citric and hoppy touches. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour with floral, fruity notes and bitter touches of hops and citrus. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Not bad.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate maklty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Yeasty notes. Average moderate bitter fniish. Creamy palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly clear yellow, white head. Fruity, hoppy and yeasty aroma. Sweet, malty and yeasty flavour, mild yeasty spice. Carb is a bit high.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, light spicy and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. High carbonation. 280718

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Sweet fruity finish. Above average carbonation.
