28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours murky dull orange gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, tropical fruit, pine, citrus, pineapple and grass. Moderate sweetness with quite heavy bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours murky sandy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast and touches of malt. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with notes of fruit and malt and some estery touches. Lingering, bitter and malty aftertaste with estery hints. Decent.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich bitter hops, fruits, pine, flowers, citrus and malt. Nice long bitter finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Minor gusher. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280718
