28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours unclear dark yellow with minimal head. Aroma of hops, brett, citrus, flowers and light kiwi. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness and light sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is yellow and a little hazy. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, citrus, hops, fruits and malt. Nice and sour finish.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy light straw with small white head. Clear vinous aroma with notes of yeast and mild hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sour, vinous notes and touches of yeast. Vinous and estery aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Gusher. Hazy yellow, small white froth. Sour, fruity aroma, not neccessarily kiwi. Fruity, sourish flavour. Light brett. Dry, slightly acidic.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Gusher. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light fruity and light bretty. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 280718
