28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours golden amber with a small white head. Aroma of hops, caramel, tropical fruit, biscuit and pine. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with fruity notes. Sweetish flavour of malt, yeast and bread, with fruity and hoppy notes. Sweetish, estery and malty aftertaste with bready hints. Reasonable but rather sweet.

Can. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Can @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear golden, white head. Piney, grassy aroma. Sweet flavour, fruity, light piney with nice alc armth. Has a little spice, like fennel in the finish. Quite nice.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. 280718

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, fruits, flowers, pine, malt and has a nice long bitter finish.
