28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours golden with an average sized white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, light pine, caramel and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus, with notes of hops and touches of malt and yeast. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with sweetish notes of yeast and malt. Lingering, bitter, hoppy aftertaste with estery hints. Not bad.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. week lavender notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, paper and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280718

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, malt, bitter hops, fruits and has a nice long bitter finish.
