28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours almost black with a tan coloured head. Aroma of liquorice, peat, chocolate, toffee, light smoke, hops and dark fruit. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy nearly black with airy but stable tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of yeast and hints of hops. Bitter, roasty onset, with notes of yeast and touches of coffee. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Okay, if a little watery.

Can. Creamy lightbrown excellent mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hopy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, hops and has a light bitter finish.

Can @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly black with airy beige head. Roasted aroma, coffee, light fruity notes. Light sweet flavour, roast, coffee, light caramel. Low hoppy bitterness. rather light.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Clear dark brown with a big beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and coffee. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted light bitter finish. 280718
