28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours dark maroon brown with a quite large foamy off-white to beige head. Aroma of chocolate, liquorice, toffee, bitter coffee and dark fruits. Moderate sweetness, heavy bitterness. Medium plus body, quite sticky texture, average carbonation. Bitter roasting to finish.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy dark coffee brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of coffee and roast, with touches of chocolate and malt. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of malt and yeast and touches of hops. Roasty and estery aftertaste with malty hints. Decent.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, hops, coffee, licorice and has a nice bitter finish.
