28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Purchased at Arch 2, Newcastle. Pours hazy pale amber with a just off-white head. Aroma of rosemary, caramel, yeast, hops, fruit and flowers. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear amber with small white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt, with estery notes and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of rosemary, citrus and malt, and touches of yeast. Bitter and acidic aftertaste. Well, drinkable, but who puts rosemary in beer?

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly diminishinghead. yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. oily palate.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, honey, flowers and herbal. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. Why on earth would you want to add rosemary to a beer? 280718

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear dark golden, airy white head. Yeast, anisseed and light rosemary aroma. Sweetish flavour, yeast and a little malt, fortunately not much rosemary anymore.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, hops, malt and has a nice fruity yeasty finish.
