Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy dark amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with mild notes of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of yeast and malt. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with estery touches. Okay.

5/5/2018. Bottle from Message In A Bottle, Cleethorpes and enjoyed in the Skegness sunshine. Pours cloudy amber brown with a long lasting creamy off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, fruit, biscuit, caramel, bread and a hint of chocolate. Moderate sweetness, medium and quite sharp bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, quite lively carbonation to begin with, improved after it had calmed down.
