Reddish-brown, cloudy color and a nice white head. Tart nose, slightly balsamico, cherry, vanilla and vineos. Taste follows the bose with a fruity-tart, astringend finish. A little lite body. Good work, but not competitive to the Belgian ones.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Süß-säuerlicher Beginn, brotig, weich. Die Säure steigt leicht an, trockener Hintergrund, spritzig. Rund würzig, weich, erfrischend. Langer, leicht kräutrig säuerlicher Abgang. 12/10/11/11/9/11

Danke Erzengel! Pours reddish-brown with a huge, dense, creme head. Aroma of stone fruits, cherry mash, intense lactose. Taste has surprisingly light and fruity malt base cut with lactose and a boozy aftertaste. Palate has a heavy and boozy stone-fruit nose note, plums, continuation of the lactose. Good.

Bottle from Gabriel/Erzengel. Danke. Vinous and red berries. Opaque ginger. Thick creamy off-white head. Medium sour. The flavour mirrors the aroma. Underlying bitterness which is more obvious into the finish. Gains spice. Medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Average carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Nice if basic.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white to beige head. Mellow, toasty malty, slightly tangy, bretty funky, vinous fruity and minimally woody aroma, notes of blue grapes, some morello, a touch of nutmeg, balsamico, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon. Taste is dry, woody, minimally bretty funky, tart vinous fruity, diluted hints of blue grapes and morello, some oak, vanilla, Bourbon, caramel, a touch of nutmeg. Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate with a creamy touch, fine and gentle carbonation. Sadly a bit thin and watery - but well done overall and definitely the best Wildwuchs beer so far.

Many thanks to Willemsurenkel for this beer. Interesting fresh sourness in the nose. Very mild in the beginning. Soft grainy, hints of red wood. Fruity dry, soft and sessionable with a smooth grainy mild sourness. Woody red ale parts, not too funky, very nice.

0,33 l bottle from the brewery as part of their startnext project with Tüdelband. Murky amber in the glass, more than one finger frothy pale beige head. Sour smell with some whiskey. Taste starts with fruity sourness, dry, some whiskey elements. Increasing pale grain in the second part. Surprising thin to the end but ll in all not bad.
