Jolnir er eit av namna til Odin som ved vikingane sine midtvinterfest gav nøtter og frukt til krigarane sine. Jolnir er truleg opphavet til namnet jul. Vår Jolnir har eit fint maltpreg med preg av krydder og er god åleine eller til julekaker.
Innhold: Vatn, malta bygg, umalta korn(havre, bygg og rug), humle(Spalter Select, Goldings, Mandarina), gjær og krydder.

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is kind of neutral, weeds, minerals, harsh grain, plastics, sour grass, caramel. Taste is kind of mineraly, weeds, minerals, soil, sour grass, harsh grain, paper, bark, spices. Little bitterness, harsh watery mouthfeel. Meh!

Bottle. It pours a hazy, dark amber colored body under a small, dense, beige head. Spiced aroma with raisins, caramel and toffee, some chocolate in the back It’s medium to full-bodied, semi-dry and with a nice carbonation level. Caramel, dried fruits and toffee, with chocolate hints and bitterness in the flavor. Long finish. Drinks easy but rather boring I think. 151124
