330ml bottle, lot 6515, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Noisy, big, dense, off-white head slowly diminishing over a hazy (dark) apricot coloured body. Fair lacing. Dried fruity aromas, sherry impression. Spiced dried fruity flavours joined by candy sweet caramel and bread. Dried fruity ending with warmth from the alcohol. Soft on the swallow. Fine bodied. Decent Yuletide sipper (Tromsø 22.12.2016).

Fra flaske på DSJT, Cardinal nov-16: rødlig kobber med tett, fint skum som varer. Saftig, bærpreget aroma og smak med krydder, mørk kandis, karamell og tørkede frukter. Fin bitterhet i den lange ettersmaken. God til siste slurk, og absolutt verdt et gjensyn.
