25.09.2014, cask @ In de Wildeman:
No head, just some bubbles. Aroma is slightly fresh herbal, weeds, heather, citrus, hay, lemongrass, bark, sap, light malts, leafs. Taste is slightly dry and neutral, hay, bark, weeds, flowers, paper, sap, leafs, harsh hops. Medium bitterness, dry watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

From cask @ De Wildeman. Og course not to much if a head on this one, but initially it had a few grey translucent bubbles. On the nose it has a really nice freshness. Heater honey, fresh citrus zest, some lavender and traces of moss. Cask flat and light oily to watery in the mouth. A little prickling sharp in the taste, and it's quite on the dry side. Much dryer than the aroma suggested. Lots of hay, some more heater honey and lots of floral things. Wonder what kind of beer this initially was/is. Didn't mind it at all. Nice name also. 25.09.2014

De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Cask. Hazy gold beer, no real head. Light crisp palate. Mild minerals. Good floralness, touch of violets. Light spice, nicely integrated. Subtle citrus and a pinch of black pepper. Light finish. Unusual, tasty and drinkable.

Cask at Dewildeman, Amsterdam, 25/09/14. Hazed golden orange with no head, not a looker! Nose is bitter citrics, orange, straw, light spice. Taste comprises more citric notes, orange peel, light spice, faint bread and herbals. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so, drinkable but lacks any dynamism, didn’t pick up any ginger either!
