Bottle. It pours an enormous dense and collapsing off-white head over an almost clear golden-colored body. The aroma is flowery and yeasty, with a peppery touch, some orange zest and some grass and pale malts. It’s rather effervescent on the palate, dry and with a nice bitterness level. Pine cones, orange zest, a touch of spice and flowers and a backdrop of pale malts in the flavor. Long, dry, fruity finish with a decent bitterness. Guess this one should have been on the fermenter for a bit longer, it feels a bit unfinished even after a long time sitting in my cellar. And it’s too heavily carbonated. Nice flavor though. 170402

Fra fat på Bryggerifestivalen i Trondheim 5 Aug 16. Stråfarget. Litt uklar. Lavt skum. Lett maltaroma. Luftig tungefølelse. Smaken lett syrlige plommer. Uvariert.

100ml poured from a bottle on the second day of Bryggerifestivalen, Trondheim. A white head resting on top of a cloudy golden body. Moderate grass and citrus on the nose. Slightly ripe citrus flavours, lightly spiced, and with a touch of yeasty fruitiness to the aftertaste. Medium to thin bodied. Easy to drink. Refreshing and just alright (05.08.2016).

On tap @ the brewpub. This is a cloudy one, orange in color and it has a nice medium sized lacing just off-white head on the top. It's peppery and really yeasty on the aroma. Aggressive yeast and spitzy citrus sharpness. Almost smells a little lemonic and sour. Nice. It's really creamy and growing in the mouth this. Above a what's average on the carbonation level and it's light oily, almost a thin in the mouth. Tastes good. Milder on the yeast tone, quite fruity. A little hop citrusness detected, and it's mild peppery in the taste also. Likable, just wish it has a few more knots on the abv and mouthfeel. 27.07.2016
