Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours sligthly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, citrus, yeast and a faint hint of banana. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sweet with a long orange, wheat and yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a small, white head. The aroma is quite orangey, with some banana and a touch of wheat. Some apple and spice notes. It’s a tad thin on the palate, not bad considering the ABV though, it’s quite dry, and a bit low on carbonation. Oranges, banana, yellow apples and a spiced, yeasty hint in the flavor. Some bitterness towards the end. Easy drinkable, not the typical weissbier, but that might be a good thing. 161209

330ml bottle, shared by Finn. Loose white head, next to clear golden body. Spotty lacing. Grassy hops and wheat on the nose. Mild flavours of lightly spiced citrus on a backbone of wheat. Distant fruity bitterness to the ending. Moderately sweet. Just okay (At Finns place, Tromsø 09.09.2016).

0.33l bottle from #036. Quite a cloudy and deep one this, still it's really orange glowing and quite good looking except for the quickly away-fading head. Smells quite good. Fresh oranges and sweet wheat. A little bit of salt and grapefruit soda. Tastes good also, I think. It's lacking a tad on the mouthfeel as it's somwehat watery and it's higher than averaging the carbonation. Mild oranges in the taste also, drying wheat. Some clove and pepper towards the finish. Quite mild, surprisingly clean and easy to drink. 06.03.2016

330 ml bottle. Unclear dark golden body with a minimal head. Mild aroma of honey and yeast. Flavor is medium sweet, soft malt, hint of caramel or honey, some yeast and light citric fruit. Medium body and aftertaste. Drinkable and sort of refreshing, but not much here reminds me of a weissbier.

33cl bottle from Meny Oslo City. Pours slightly hazy with a minimal, white head. Somewhat fruity aroma, but more apples than bananas. Some wheaty notes and hints of spices, but not much of a weizen. Drinkable enough, but far from impressive. --- Beer merged from original tick of Verandaweisse Hveteøl on 09 Mar 2016 at 22:21 - Score: 5
