Bottled (from Vinmonopolet, Kirkenes). Opaque brownish amber colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is wood, some toffee, mild herbal notes. Flavour is dry wood, some spices, toffee and mild tartness to it. As such nice dry notes, but still a bit meh.

500 ml bottle. Clear amber body with a big beige head. Aroma has dark malt and chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet dark malt, cocoa powder, fruit and balanced bitterness. Fine balanced body and chocolate dry finish. A well-made brown ale it is if you apreciate the style.

Fra kran på Ølhallen 29 Sep 15. Dyp dyp amber. Tett, litt farget skum. God - men beskjeden kaffearoma. Smaken behagelig. Mye kaffe.

500ml bottle, #001, bought at Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Bubbly tan-coloured head slowly fading while leaving lacing rings down the glass. Deep rosewood coloured body, opaque last pour. Prominent aroma of roasted dark chocolate and pine needles. Mixed taste of roasted dark malts and pine needles. Strange kind of finish, oily, salty and rather heavy to drink. Promising start, disappointing ending (Friday eve at home, 02.10.2015).
