0.5l bottle from #411. This one pours a mildly cloudy yellow golden colored body with a nice medium sized white head, slowly fading and glass dotting. Smells nice and wheat sweet. A little yeast fruitiness, hay, something that reminds me of clementines. Nice actually. Tastes more dry, really minerallic and not too good to be honest. It has a thin oily texture and it's average on the carbonation. Dry weedy, hay and a thin yeast flavor. Well, it's not bad but I definitely enjoyed the aroma more than the flavor, so it's not a huge favor experience of that matter. 11.06.2016

Bottle, batch 411. Pours light yellow, with an enormous head that fairly quickly recedes to a thin layer. Aroma is sweet yeast, with hay, honey and light wood. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is wheat and sweet, peppery yeast, with hay, banana and fruity, bubblegum notes. Straw and hay in the finish.

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is very mild, hay, yeast, wheat, bubblegum, co2 stinging in the nose, rope, minerals, bark. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, yeast, minerals, flowers, bark, paper, sour grass, hay, wheat. Little bitterness, watery and harsh yeasty mouthfeel. Cheap crap!

500 ml bottle. Unclear yellow/golden body with a lacing, foamy white head. A bit mild aroma of yeast, banana and some citric fruit. Flavor is light and refreshing with banana, citric fruit and yeast. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Easy and decent take on the German Hefe weissbier without offering anything special.

Bottle. A hazy, yellowish golden beer with a dense, two-finger off-white head. Some lacing. The aroma is lightly grassy and fruity-sweet, with banana, some orange and lemon, and hints of biscuity hops. It’s medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with a nice carbonation level, although a tad low for the style. Nice bitterness, Some puke-ish, sulphury notes both initially and in the end, with generic fruityness dominating. Not a bad one, I especially like the bitterness, but it’s not very interesting anyway. 160514
