Draft from merry monk-toga. Yellowy pour. Not quite as tart as most wits but not necessarily a bad thing

On tap @ The Pony. A cloudy almost glowing orange one with a small light lacing white head. Not to extreme on the nose but it's definitely a wit. Yest and a little coriander hint. Some yeast with traces of cardboard. The cardboard is also present in the taste. It's really dry this, feels a bit tame perhaps. A good way below average on the carbonation level and it has a kinda flat oily mouthfeel. Flavor vise it kinda grows a bit on you after a while. The coriander comes more forward, as does a herbal grassy thing. Fair enough I guess but I've had much more tasty wits than this 19.06.2013

Multiple samples @ Empire Brew Fest. Hazy light yellow color without head. Nose has a Earthy element that I never experienced in a Wit brew. Flavor is light citrus, wheat and again with the light Herbal note I can’t really place. The body was light and finish is kind of dirty. Interesting Wit. Worth a try if you like the style.
