My goodness. One of the best black hop juice for a long time. Recommendable fro alle bipa lovers this one!
Almost complete black color with a fine beige head. Nice lacing and a fine lacing down the glass. Perfect hoppy aroma, together with some other stuff. Almost full body and a smooth fine carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. A bit dry ending. Grapefruit hoppy, mild tropical, coffee, some chocolate and mild roasted flavor.

On tap at Tilt, Oslo. Looks pretty black in here, with a fairly small, but lasting beige head. Hoppy aroma with pine and citrus, roasted malt and hint of both dark and tropical fruits, licorice and bitter, dark chocolate. Moderate sweet with slightly dominating hoppy flavours, but also fairly raw, roasty notes too. Finishes rather bitter with citrusy and piney notes. Nice and refreshing BIPA, feels surprisingly fresh. --- Beer merged from original tick of Voodoo Skambankt IPA on 11 Jan 2016 at 15:17 - Score: 7

On tap at Henrik Øl og Vinstove, September 2014. Almost black with a small tan head. Aroma of citrus, some pineapple, light roasted malt and bitter chocolate. Similar taste, also some licorice and light notes of metal. The finish was bitter. Quite good.

Bottle, thx to Hans Panzer. It pours an unclear brown body under a dense, finger-thick off-white to beige head leaving lacings. The aroma has pine cones, resins, orange peel and some roasted notes. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, lasting for a good while, with lots of nice hoppy flavors like orange peel and green pine cones. It’s full-bodied, soft and semi-dry on the palate,

Poured from tap at Ølhallen, 170ml. Creamy fawn-coloured head reduced to a foamy layer. Devil-black body. Roasted dark malts to the nose joined by dark fruits. Mid-sweet dark malty taste, liquorice and black chocolate followed by leafy hops and malt bitterness to the ending. Rather easy to drink and to like (Tromsø 25.04.2014).

Noe tam/lite karbonert. Medium bitter ettesmak.

07.12.2013, tap @ Henrik Øl og Vinstove:
Small shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly neutral, dark malts, hops, leafs, pine needles, rubber. Taste is slightly dry and hoppy, dark malts, hops, pine needles, wet leafs, soil, citrus peel, grass, hints of cardboard. Longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.
