On tap @ Schouskjelleren. It's a really cloudy one this! On the border of murky actually and it has a small lacing off-white head on top. Sweetish caramel nose. Kinda like toffeefee nutty in a way with hints of honey, mild alcohol and some vanilla. Lost of sweetness here but it's not cloying at all. It's to my surprise quite light oily almost creamy when having it in the mouth. Really easy to drink also. Lots of nice sticky sweetness going on here. Soft nutty, well piney hoppy and it has tones of vanilla with ripe berries. Lots of flavor and even if it's superbly balanced on the alcohol it gives a warming sensation down the back of the throat. 25.05.2014

On tap at Schouskjelleren, Oslo. Almost clear amber with an off-white head. Malty aroma with dried fruits, hints of herbs, sour berries and malt. Fairly sweet with nice sweet fruity and slightly caramely flavours with a hont of bitterness in the finish. Too sweet for my taste, but decent stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of #350 on 29 Jul 2014 at 20:35 - Score: 6

Thanks to Eirik for a small glass of this one, from tap, 10 % abv, at the brewpub. Good lacework from a fawn- coloured patchy layer at the top of a cloudy dark apricot coloured body. Malt-fruity aroma. Jam like taste of caramel, almond, plums and herbal hops. Heavy malt-fruity ending. Mostly hidden alcohol. Full bodied. Heavy sipper (Oslo 21.06.2014).
