On tap @ Amundsen. Looks near flawless this with a dense almost creamy white lingering head on top of a inviting cloudy straw golden body. On the nose I get tones of both Belgian yeast, pickled lemons and hay. Some fruity melon yeasty thing also, but faint in the back. Yeah, it has alcohol in it, but I kinda like that warming sweet triple flavor. Somewhat drying the tongue with a oily punchy mouthfeel wrapped in a near lively carbonation level. Quite floral flavors also, lots of sour green apples (in a good way) and it's definitely warming. Quite enjoyable. 14.02.2014

14.02.2014, tap @ Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh fruity, citrus peel, yeast, hay, citrus, yellow apples, weeds, light malts, grass. Taste is slightly concentrated and harsh, light malts, citrus peel, almond essence, harsh hay, grass, citrus, leafs. Longlasting bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

250ml from tap nicely served in a tulip shaped glass at Amundsen Bryggeri og Spiseri. White head that laced nicely and stayed quite well. Hazy apricot body. Rather restrained smell of dried fruits and spices. Succulent fruity taste, orange, peach, and pine. Yeasty fruitiness beneath. Long-lived dried fruit bitter ending. Integrated alcohol. Well bodied. Pleasing (Oslo 12.02.2014).
