On tap @ Cafe Sara. Deep deep dark brown with a little reddish hue on the glass. The head is medium sized, light lacing and dark beige in color. Smells really chocolaty, lots of dark black malts, chocolate wrapper, a nice sweetness. Really creamy and comfortable on the mouth have with a above average creamy carbonation level. Soft chocolaty flavors as well. A bit papery with traces of both cardboard, wet grains and a little bit of coffee. Really gentle and lightdrinkable. Could drink lots of this. 14.10.2013

On tap at Café Sara, as Sara Brown, half pint glass. Filmy layer at the surface of a slightly hazy, dark ruby body. Plain dark malty nose, mid-sweet with a little roasted touch. Roasted brown and black malty flavours balanced by dark fruity endnotes, bittersweet. Soft in the mouth. Fair version of the style and good partner to my kebab food (Oslo 10.12.2013).
