Lett frisk lukt med preg av lys malt, humle, einebær, pors, gras, litt syrlige bær. Lett sødmerik frisk smak med preg av lys malt, humle, gras, lyng, eine, litt syrlige bær. Middels bitterhet og lengde. Grei.

On tap @ Crowbar. This is a near-clear one with a small soft bubbly just off-white head. On the aroma I get some sweetness caramel, snow, traces of raspberry and strawberry gel. Nice enough non extreme and not to challenging I suppose. Much the same in the taste really. Fresh and easy to drink, some fruity nuances through it all. The junipers are hidden in the background, but detected. Fair enough. (one hand rating) 02.03.2013

On tap at Crowbar. Pours a clear golden straw colour, and has not much head on top to talk about. A bit faint aroma, but feels both fruity and fresh with apricot, fruity hops and a little wet cardboard. The taste is also fruity with apricot, sweet berries and spices. Horseradish? Gin? A slightly sparkling and smooth mouthfeel, and is slightly bitter. An interesting and fresh beer.

Tap at the brewpub, 200ml chilled down a bit too far, perhaps. Crystal clear, dark golden body. Filmy layer, fragile lacing. Mid sweet malty smell added by a spicy touch. Caramel malty taste, lightly spiced, and joined by leafy hops. Rounded bitter ending, and maybe a note of gin on the swallow – hard to detect, anyway. Medium bodied. Has got its moments of interests (Oslo, 22.02.2013).

Appearance: Clear golden color with a smal white head that leaves a some lacing.
Aroma: Caramel malt and light spicy.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet, and an ok bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Caramel malt, light fruity and light spicy. The gin flavor came as a nice tail in the end.
Overall impression: I had expected a bit more dominating spiced flavor. Anyway a fine and nice ale with a little bit extra.

On tap at Crowbar. Clear golden with a small white head. Mild aroma of malt and spirits with some hints of spices (probably the gin) Medium sweet with a quite unusual flavour that is hard to describe. Lightly spicy notes in the lightly dry and bitter finish. Unusual, but quite nice. Well balanced and easy to drink but a bit weak in flavour.
