(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Orange pale golden. Nose is basic sour acidic with lime. Taste is basic oily sour simple with lime, likewise for the body, simple, puckering okay but I would expect so much more given the people involved.

(On tap @ CBC 2016 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours very hazy pale straw gold with an average white head. Aroma has a chunk of fresh grapefruit, white wine and grape, nice well-balanced and slightly wet funk, general citrus peel character, some hay, a bit reminiscent of other HF-brewed saisons. On the palate, a crisp, dry, citrus-driven farmhouse, with some fairly vibrant lemon-lime notes, not very pithy or bitter, just citrus flesh and bright zest. Tart white grape on the edge of vinegar, crackery malt, dried grass bittering hop notes in the back. Quite dry, fruity finish, moderate bitterness, just a hint of sweetness from the malt, crisp. Medium bodied, effervescent carb. I really enjoyed this, refreshing fruity saison with some complexity. I didn’t pick out all the adjuncts individually but like how they work in the final product.
