Power tasting at Salesforce
Cloudy dark blond colour. The aroma is more sour than Saison-like, there is a good amount of manure, ome stone fruit. Strong acidity, also some sweetness to balance it though; it's very juicy, stone fruit, traces of honey, and some spirit.
It has many layers, it's quite funny indeed.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Nice funk and malts with a touch of sourness.

750ml from Teku Tavern at Sales Force. Appearance: hazy golden with a weak white head. Aroma: nice oak, fruity character. Taste: along the same lines with fermented honey notes, quite thick for what it is. Overall: pretty good.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of bugs, with mixed cultures, and a little wood. Flavour doesn't reveal much honey -- it's all fermented honey -- with saison yeast, wild yeast, and a hint of wood. Lots of bugs, with gentle tartness. Carbonation is on the higher side, almost like a champagne. Tart, wild finish. Very nice.
