~20 oz draft at the brewpub in Brooklyn, New York. The pour is a cloudy hazed orange golden with a one inch white head. The aroma is bright fresh orange citrus hops and bright young Brett. The taste is the nose exactly (bright orange citrus hops and the strong young Brett character) and with a dry bitter mineral finish with more of the earthy leathery oily Brett. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the dry bitter Brett finish. Clean, fresh and unique beer.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours opaque, cloudy orange... Does not look like any beer I have ever seen. Aroma is orange and brett... Plus a good bit of honeydew. Taste is very dry from the brett. Orange is there but is subdued. Aftertaste lingers again from the Brett. Pretty good methinks.
