Based on a round table discussion about Sixpoint Brewer Marcus’ mom’s banana bread, this strong holiday ale uses cocoa nibs, weizen yeast, whose bananas, and yes, a dozen loaves of banana bread in the mash to create a ridiculous chocolate-banana beer. You really haven’t tasted anything like it.

Draft at Cooper's, Chelsea. Clear gold, strong, lasting head and coating lace. Banana aroma, wheat, malt, and some sweetness. Medium body, clean and fairly sweet. Decent, but a little too sweet.
