Moderately hazy, brassy-copper body has an off-white head that is small and poorly retained.
Sharp, peppery phenols, sourdough-like grains and a bit of clove join bubble gum and pine resin in the nose....
Dry, overattenuated texture exposes lightly astringent grain and bitter resins from the hops as too much clove, bubble gum and white pepper emanate from the yeast. Peppery, strong carbonation, lingering doughy, yeasty, bitter flavors are a real mess. Yikes, maybe let’s stick to the American style IPAs...

Growler from Milk and Hops. Murky bright yellowish color with a thin head and some spotty lacework. Lemon, lots of spice, some funk. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet, zesty citrus, finishes a little tart and a little funky. Pretty interesting stuff. Really strong on the spices and lemon. Not sure how well the combination works overall, but it's solid.
