Draft at the Portland Blending and Bottling location. Golden pour with a strong white head and lace. Citrus, spice, and yeast. Clean and drinkable. Lighter bodied, lively feel.

Draught at the brewery, 7/4 and 7/10/16.
Light, blonde-golden body has a light haze to it and a small, but well-retained white head atop.
Soft funk in the nose seems to emanate from the hops moreso than the yeast, though itβs not conclusive. Light sweat, mineral, hay, earth and such all combine with the gentle spice and lemon character of the hops. Some mango and light pineapple are thrown in, as well and biscuity, honey-tinged malts linger on the end, with just a touch of sulfur, perhaps. Light plaster and minerality assert themselves even more, with warming, giving a true saison-like character.
Dry, of course, with biscuit, hay, lemon and soft, light, dry mango. Some spiciness from the galaxy, as well, but not a lot, nor is there any resin or pine. Plaster, earth, honey and gentle fruity esters all mix together nicely, creating a very easygoing table beer with low bitterness and high drinkability. Lots of lemon, some ashy hop quality and citra-derived "sweatiness" lingering.
