Amber Waves Amber Ale focuses on the malts, but has a nice balance of hop character. Expect a light body with a nice toasted malt characteristic and slight fruitiness.

Coffeeish, I suspect this is coffee brown because it tastes like coffee brown, looks like coffee brown, smells like coffee brown. Just had it again and it's definitely a redder coffee brown, lots of malt and coffee notes

At the source on draught: pours medium amber withan off white head. Arom is caramel, hints of chocolate, some hoppy notes. This is an amber that does not really fall into either the category of the classic amber or the hopped up nigh-IPA. Instead it is sweet and drinkable. Light hoppiness. Very pleasant.

Draft at the source. Pour is hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, bread, caramel. Taste is malt, bread, caramel, with perhaps some toffee notes. Pretty good amber.

On tap at the brewery cloudy with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt, caramel, dark fruit. Medium body, toast, caramel, light finish, good.

Draft at Haymaker. Murky reddish color without much head or lace. Sweet malty and bready aroma. Caramel and a bit of toffee. Kinda sticky. Hops come through on the close, but it's still a little too sweet for my preference in the style. Solid.
