A light-bodied American pale ale dry-hopped with Fuggles hops. This was the brainchild of Greg Noonan. He had said, privately, that he felt that he had nailed the style for what he had planned and hoped for. As a side note, the inspiration for the name of this beer came from an 8 year old girl named Jenny, about 25 years ago! The name stuck and style stuck. Go figure. Enjoy this light, Summer ale while watching your favorite team play!

This whole beer seemed "fat". Everything was just bloated, and tasteless. Pretty boring, no hops, next to no carb, and a run off the mill boring caramel malt bill.

On tap at Vermont Pub, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light floral hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lightly bitter floral hops and dry biscuity malt. Clean and bitter. Not bad.

Thought this was a decent one with an alright hop flavor, but it just felt slightly flawed and a little unexciting.

This was poured into a pint glass at the brewpub.
The appearance was a hazy golden burnt orange to red color with a slim soft white foamy bar pour’s kind of head. Lacing is speckled after the head dies.
The smell had a sweet caramel malt over top of a light citrus and light pine.
The taste had a malty sweetness over the citrus sweetness and the light pine to balance decently. Semi-sticky caramel aftertaste leading into a sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a sessionable feel about it.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good pale ale with food, American, maybe not so much, as it definitely leads towards the English side.

tap at the brewpub last year - This brew has a mild toasty aroma and a white head that laces. It has a sweet, grainy flavor with a light body and a bubbly palate. There’s some slight hops bitterness. It’s kind of watery and not very good.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy amber with a with a near white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had some earthy grains with a bit of a grassy hop backing. Flavor began with earthy hops and grains and just a bit of backing citrus.

on tap-pours a rich/tight off white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is spice hops, light malt/grain. Taste is sweet light malt/grain, secondary spice hops. Creamy mouth feel, towards medium body.

A light golden ale with a thin white head. A light caramel aroma, with light butterscotch notes. In mouth, a lightly chalky caramel malt, a bit musty, lightly hopped. Lighter bodied. On tap at brewpub, July 20, 2008.
