Sampled at Tap NY 2015, 4/25/15, Rating #4500!
This one was one of the absolute standouts for me at TapNY 2015. Somewhere in my top 5 for sure. Just an excellent sour with a great mix of the wine/grape and wine barrel flavors mixing with the underlying wild yeast flavors. Really enjoyed this. They knocked it out of the ballpark with this one.
